* Improved the installation instructions on the PHP version of SOLO Lite
* Updated the documentation to include installation instructions for the PHP version of SOLO Lite
* Added the PHP version of SOLO Lite to the Windows installer
* Updated libraries to prevent Data Execution Prevention (DEP) issues.

* Added support for Instant PLUS synchronization
* Updated look and feel to more closely match the more recent look and feel of SOLO Server / Instant SOLO
* Added SWKeySrvNET.dll to installation (the file is installed to the SWKey\SrvComp directory, and is not registered in the Global Assembly Cache).
* Updated the manual to omit information on ICVCharge/ICVerify
* Updated the installer to include the latest Protection PLUS manual
