Each license of our software comes with software maintenance. During your maintenance period, you can download the latest version as well as receive assistance from our support staff. This maintenance is renewable at any time, and is optional. Be sure to keep a safe archive of the installation media for the version that you purchased and are using in your software. Only the latest version is kept on our website and only for customers with an active maintenance agreement.

Return Policy
There are no refunds for SOLO Server Lite or SOLO Server because the products can be fully evaluated before purchase and source code is provided.

If you find a feature mentioned that is not achievable with Protection PLUS and technical support cannot resolve the issue, simply contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and you will receive a full product refund minus any shipping and handling charges.
