Protection PLUS Installation Requirements
To install Protection PLUS, you must have the following requirements:
- 60 MB of free hard drive disk space
- Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / 7, and Windows Server 2003 / 2008
- Win32 libraries available: .NET component, ActiveX control, DLL interface, and VC++ static library. 32-bit libraries are supported on 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems
- Win64 libraries available: DLL interface and VC++ static library
- Minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels with 96 DPI fonts (Windows default), or a minimum of 1152x864 pixels with 120 DPI fonts. Minimum color depth of 16-bit, although 24-bit is recommended
Protection PLUS End User Requirements
Applications protected with Protection PLUS have the following requirements:
- Intel x86 Compatible Processor (including processors from AMD and VIA Technologies)
- AMD x86_64 Compatible Processor (including processors from Intel and VIA Technologies, for 64 bit libraries only). Itanium (IA64) processors are not supported.
- Full support for Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / 7, and Windows Server 2003 / 2008
- Limited support for Windows 98 / ME
- Applications protected with Instant PLUS require a minimum screen resolution of 800x600 pixels with 96 DPI fonts, or a minimum of 1024x768 pixels with 120 DPI fonts
