SOLO Server Customer Service Portal
The Customer Service portal is intended to enable all of your end-users to:
- Log in securely and recover lost login password
- See order history, including reprinting of invoices
- Obtain License Keys
- Download software updates (while maintenance contract is current)
- View and order software maintenance renewals & upgrades
- Manage / cancel recurring payments
- Register new License Keys

Existing Protection PLUS and SOLO Server customers can click Customer Login at the top of this page to easily access the latest versions of our software, view licenses, and renew software maintenance.
Existing Instant SOLO customers can easily provide this portal functionality for their customers. You can learn about how to customize and launch the portal on your website by logging in to your Instant SOLO account, clicking on the SOLO Manual on the top right side of the page, and expanding the Customer Service Portal chapter.
