The presentation is followed by a Q & A session.

Our new SOLO Server Customer Service portal is a smash hit! In fact, many customers have already started to take advantage of the new features. We have received great feedback and have begun compiling our list of even more features to add into future versions of the portal. The Customer Service portal is intended to enable users to:

• See order history, including reprinting of invoices
• Obtain License Keys
• Download software updates
• View and order software maintenance renewals & upgrades
• Manage / cancel recurring payments
• Register new License Keys

In early 2009, we released new SOLO Server activation features and web services. A PDF file that describes the new features in detail is available in our Support Center Downloads area. These new features are demonstrated in the latest releases of Protection PLUS and Instant PLUS. This Webinar, intended for existing SoftwareKey customers with prior Protection PLUS and SOLO Server activation experience, will begin with a brief high level overview of the problems the new web service interfaces solve, including secure workstation deactivation, better license transfer, and more information and control when you allow a customer to activate a license on multiple PCs. In addition, we give a demonstration of the new web services, and also have a Q&A session.
