PP_COPYDELETE()

Removes the current computer from the list of valid computers

Applies to:

Syntax-VB:

Declare Function pp_copydelete(ByVal handle As Long, ByVal comp_num As Long) As Long

Syntax-C:

LONG pp_copydelete(PPLFHANDLE handle, LONG comp_num)

Arguments:

<handle> is the handle to the License File given by pp_lfopen()

<comp_num> Set to COPYDEL_ENHANCED [-2] to delete the computer ID from the License File using the Enhanced Computer ID Algorithms.  The number of authorized computers (variable VAR_AUTHORIZED_COMPS) will be set to 0.

Returns:

Refer to pp_errorstr() for a table of possible return codes and their meaning. Typically, only PP_SUCCESS [1] (ID was removed)  is returned.

Description:

Deletes the current computer ID from the License File using the Enhanced Computer ID Algorithms.

Example:

Refer to pp_copyget() for an example of deleting authorized computers.
